1.This machine is mainly used for cutting various insulated cardboard rings, and is suitable for transformers, motors and other industries.

2.Easy to adjust. By adjusting the position of the rear frame and locking the rear tail frame, you can cut rings of different diameters.

3. By adjusting the position of the cutter on the cutter shaft to adapt to workpieces of different thicknesses, the upper and lower cutter shafts are active, and the cutting burr is small.

4.Workpiece size positioning and tooling are controlled by PLC program. The servo motor determines the workpiece processing size with high accuracy and precision, saving time and labor and high production efficiency.

5.Both sides of the machine are equipped with flex wall adjustment brackets to keep the cardboard flat when cutting large cardboard.

6.Both the upper and lower tool spindles adopt an active method, and the speed can be reversed by frequency conversion. The tool design is reasonable, the cutting edge of the workpiece is smooth, the burr is small, and the workpiece quality is high.
