The fully automatic CNC hydraulic high-precision bar cutting machine is equipped with an automatic feeding rack. The whole bundle of bar material is placed on the material rack and placed flat. The bar material will follow the slope of the material rack and be separated by the material distribution device before entering Conveying wheel, the conveying wheel conveys the bar material to a predetermined position and then stops. The length is consistent with the calculation result, the second bar is cut, the automatic weighing system is operated, and the cut bar is weighed. If it meets the weight requirements, it enters the automatic cutting program. If it does not meet, it is automatically calculated And adjust the length of the bar until it meets the requirements. The last section of each bar will be ejected by the next section of bar and enter the waste area for manual processing. In the process of automatic material cutting, the bar that does not meet the requirements enters the waste area, and the qualified products enter the area.
